Medicine and Dentistry<br />

200 clock hours or less in a quarter<br />

Residents <strong>of</strong> Illinois. Tuition fees at the rate <strong>of</strong> $5.00 and building and laboratory<br />

service fee at the rate <strong>of</strong> $5.00 for each twenty-five clock hours or fraction there<strong>of</strong>.<br />

Nonresidents <strong>of</strong> Illinois. Tuition fees at the rate <strong>of</strong> $18.00 (Dentistry $15.00)<br />

and building and laboratory service fee at the rate <strong>of</strong> $18.00 for each twentyfive<br />

clock hours or fraction there<strong>of</strong>.<br />

Pharmacy, Nursing, and Occupational Therapy<br />

12 credit hours or less in a quarter<br />

Residents <strong>of</strong> Illinois. Tuition fees at the rate <strong>of</strong> $4.50 and building and laboratory<br />

service fee at the rate <strong>of</strong> $3.00 per hour.<br />

Nonresidents <strong>of</strong> Illinois. Tuition fees at the rate <strong>of</strong> $15.00 and building and<br />

laboratory service fee at the rate <strong>of</strong> $3.50 per hour.<br />

Special Fees — Chicago Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Colleges<br />

Service Charge for Deferred Fees. A service charge <strong>of</strong> 10 per cent <strong>of</strong> the amount <strong>of</strong><br />

fees deferred, but not to exceed $2.00 per quarter, is charged for the privilege<br />

<strong>of</strong> deferring fees. If deferred fees are paid in full within ten days after registration,<br />

the service charge is refunded except that a minimum service charge <strong>of</strong> $1.00 is<br />

retained by the University in all cases. The service charge, not less than one-third<br />

<strong>of</strong> the current quarter's fees, and all fees and charges from previous terms must<br />

be paid on the day <strong>of</strong> registration.<br />

Late Registration Fee. Same as at Urbana and Chicago Undergraduate Division.<br />

Change <strong>of</strong> Program Fee. Same as at Urbana and Chicago Undergraduate Division.<br />

Special Examination Fee. Same as at Urbana and Chicago Undergraduate Division.<br />

Transcript Fee. Same as at Urbana and Chicago Undergraduate Division.<br />

Summer Fees in Dentistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy, and Nursing.<br />

Same as for regular quarter except one-half fees charged for students taking a<br />

six-week program or one-third fees for students taking a four-week program when<br />

such is scheduled.<br />

Postgraduate Fees — Medicine and Dentistry<br />

Full-time postgraduate students — $50.00 a month or $150.00 a quarter.<br />

Part-time postgraduate students in short courses — $25.00 a day for nonlaboratory<br />

courses; $35.00 per day for laboratory courses.<br />

Fees for courses <strong>of</strong>fered for one-half day or evening sessions are to be charged<br />

on a prorated basis with two such sessions charged for at the rate <strong>of</strong> one full day.<br />

A charge for laboratory materials is to be added wherever indicated.
