Ainsi, nos travaux sur Ranunculus cortusifolius (Ranunculaceae), une espèce qui n’a jamais fait l’obj<strong>et</strong> d’études phytochimiques auparavant, ont permis la détermination structurale de neufs composés dont 7 à l’état natif <strong>et</strong> deux acétylés. Parmi ces composés, deux sont nouveau en tant que substances naturelles. Il faut signaler, que les structures des produits purifiés <strong>et</strong> non actuellement déterminées sont en cours d’établissement. Conclusion Dans ce chapitre, nous avons reporté, les établissements de structures de 19 produits dont 10 isolés de Achillea ligustica, parmi lesquels une lactone sesquiterpénique nouvelle, ces résultats ont fait l’obj<strong>et</strong> d’une publication internationale. Les 9 autres produits ont été isolés de Ranunculus cortusifolius, ces résultats feront l’obj<strong>et</strong> d’une publication, actuellement en cours de rédaction. Au cours de ces travaux d’établissement de structure, nous avons eu recours aux techniques spectroscopiques les plus sophistiquées, notamment les expériences de RMN multi impulsionnelle <strong>et</strong> bidimensionnelle <strong>et</strong> les modes d’ionisation douce de la spectrométrie de masse à haute <strong>et</strong> basse résolution.
