Requirements for Theses publication:
The participants willing to submit an abstract publication the Congress Proceedings are kindly requsted to send it
till March 1, 2013. In Theses are mailed after the deadline (according ton the date of postage) we won‘t be able to
publish them.
Abstract size: 1700-2000 symbols including blank spaces font. Arial, 12. While printing the Theses you should
keep to the following structure:
- full name of the author(s);
- title of the report;
- chair or department;
- scientific supervisor;
- name of the educational establishment, where the research was done;
- city, country;
- the text of the Theses
By the theses must accompany referral agencies (permitting agencies to submit for publication). All values
presented in the theses must be prepared according to the standard CI. Theses will be published in the author's
version, edited by correction will not be introduced.
In the presence of spelling and stylistic mistakes organizing committee is not responsible.
You must also fill out a registration card delegate adhering to the following scheme: Full name, place of work
(training), section, form of participation (oral, poster or publication only), address, phone number, e-mail, booking
hotel (yes, no).
Theses will be published only after the committee receives all appropriate materials and a copy of the
receipt.

Poster reports should be written in one of the Congress official languages on the Watman paper. Poster size is not
more than 120cm in with , not more than 150 cm in high.
Report Duration:
Oral report – up to 10 minutes.
Discussion – up to 5 minutes.
Poster presentation – up to 3 minutes.
Organizing committee will provide with: a slide-projector, an overhead, a VCR, and a codoscope
