Harvey Krieg<br />
Harvey KRIEG, 89, Akron, died at 5 a.m. Sunday at his residence following a short<br />
illness.<br />
Born April 4, 1881, in <strong>Fulton</strong> county, he was the son of Philip and Sarah KING KRIEG.<br />
His marriage ws Dec. 17, 1904, in Akron, to Bessie DICKERHOFF. A retired employee of the<br />
General Tire and Rubber company he had spent his entire life in the Akron community.<br />
Surviving with his wife are four daughters, Mrs. Charles (Joanna) McGEE, Ossian; Mrs.<br />
Claire (Glendon) READ, Macy; Mrs. Trella BASTIAN, Akron; Mrs. Wayne (Irene) ENGLE,<br />
Akron; one son, Floyd [KRIEG], also of Akron; four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.<br />
One son, five brothers and two sisters preceded in death.<br />
Final rites will be conductd at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Sheetz funeral home in Akron.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Rev. Arthur TINKEL and Charles ZUNKEL will officiate. Burial will be in the Gaerte<br />
cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.<br />
Leonna Wiseley<br />
Mrs. Leonna WISELEY, 78, Peru, died at 5:45 a.m. Sunday in Dukes Memorial hospital<br />
in Peru.<br />
Born Nov. 5, 1891, in <strong>Fulton</strong> county, she was the daughter of Charles and Clara BURNS<br />
BRUCE. Her marriage was in 1911 to T. C. WISELEY, who survives. She was a member of the<br />
St. Paul Reform church at Bruce Lake.<br />
Also surviving are nieces and nephews. One brother preceded in death.<br />
Final rites will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Harrison Garden chapel in Royal<br />
Center. <strong>The</strong> Rev. James BUTLER will officiate. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at<br />
Kewanna. Friends may call at the Flowers and Leedy funeral home in Peru from 7-9 p.m. today<br />
[and] at the Harrison funeral home in Kewanna from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.<br />
I. Lee Endres<br />
Services for I. Lee ENDRES, 80, Rushville, retired co-owner and manager of the<br />
Rushville Furniture company, were today in that city. He died Friday in Rush Memorial hospital.<br />
He was the father-in-law of Barr MONTGOMERY, native of <strong>Rochester</strong> and co-owner of<br />
the above company. In years past Mr. Endres and his family were summer visitors at Lake<br />
Manitou and had numerous friends in the community<br />
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. [Barr] MONTGOMERY, and several grandchildren.<br />
Hi wife and daughter, Becky [ENDRES], preceded in death.<br />
J. Fred Hill<br />
J. Fred HILL, Oklahoma City, Okla., died in Baptist hospital there Saturday night after a<br />
six-month illness. He once owned and operated Hill’s Hardware here, where the Gambles store<br />
now is. Rites were this afternoon.<br />
Surviving are the wife, Betty [HILL]; three sons, including Dr. Robert HILL,<br />
mathematics professor at the I.U. Extension in Hammond, and six grandchildren.
