Virginia Mills
Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Virginia BURKE MILLS, or Radford, Va.
She was the mother of Mrs. Helen PRICHETT, of Rochester. Funeral services and burial are
pending in Radford.
H. E. Scott
H. E. “Scotty” SCOTT, 80, 17 east Miami street, Logansport, died at Logansport
Memorial hospital about 3 a.m. today of injuries suffered when he was hit by a car about 6:30 p.m.
Friday.
He was the father of Mrs. P. J. BOHM of Rochester.
Mr. Scott was crossing Third street at Miami street in Logansport on foot when he was
struck. Mr. Scott’s wife, Jessie [SCOTT], died Sept. 1, 1969.
Funeral services are set tentatively for Monday at the Fisher funeral home on West
Market street in Logansport.
Lyle A. Warren
Lyle Arthur WARREN, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. William WARREN, Jr.,
Phoenix, Ariz., died Friday in Phoenix. He was born Dec. 11, 1967.
Surviving with the parents are a twin brother, Lance William [WARREN]; another
brother, Russell Dale [WARREN]; one sister, Michelle Joann [WARREN]; the maternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale DIVIS, Phoenix; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
William WARREN, Sr., Phoenix; the maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Russell
MOORE, Phoenix, formerly of Rochester; Mr. and Mrs. Clint YEASEL, South Bend; an aunt and
uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Fred DITMIRE, Leiters Ford, and another uncle, Kenneth AYLESWORTH,
Phoenix.
Final rites will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the Mercer Mortuary and Chapel in Phoenix.
Burial will be in the Greenwood Memorial cemetery in Phoenix.

Guy O. Miller
Guy O. MILLER, 78, formerly of Kewanna, died Jan. 9, at 7:30 p.m. at Mesa, Ariz.,
where he had resided since 1961. He had been in failing health for the last two weeks.
Born Sept. 1, 1891, near Winamac, he was the son of John and Mina FISHER MILLER.
His first marriage was in 1918 to Stella FRASER. In 1956 he married Ethel Mae HOUNSHELL,
who survives.
Mr. Miller was a member of the United Methodist church of Kewana and the Masonic
lodge of Winamac for 54 years.
Surviving with the wife are one daughter, Mrs. William (Argene) SNYDER, Phoenix,
Ariz.; two sons, John [MILLER], Phoenix; Warren [MILLER], R.R. 6, Rochester; one stepdaughter,
Mrs. Charles (Freda) MILLER, Rochester; one step-son, Dee HOUNSHELL, Rochester;
eighteen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Foster & Good funeral home with the Rev.
Vernon LALLEMENT officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends
may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
