Orville Quick<br />
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Plainview cemetery,<br />
Macy, for Orville QUICK, 78, Clermont, Fla., who died Monday evening following a heart attack.<br />
Zimmerman Brothers funeral home will be in charge of arrangements. Friends may call<br />
at the funeral home after 4 p.m.<br />

Timothy J. Cronin<br />
Timothy John “T.J.” CRONIN, 61, Lake Manitou, died Tuesday in Naples, Fla.,<br />
following a heart attack. He had been ill since 1966 when he had suffered his first heart attack en<br />
route to Florida where he lived during the winter months.<br />
Born July 16, 1908, in Hartford City, he was the son of Thomas and Esther Virginia<br />
SUAN CRONIN. His marriage was to Lois W. HAYWARD, who survives. A sales<br />
representative for an advertising company and an owner of several rental cottages at Lake<br />
Manitou, he was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic church, the Knights of Columbus, the Eagles<br />
lodge, <strong>Rochester</strong>, and the Manitou Moose lodge. He was a founder of the Lake Manitou<br />
Association, and for several years he serves as its secretary-treasurer.<br />
Surviving with the wife are one daughter, Mrs. J. D. (Virginia) WILLIS, Bunker Hill; one<br />
brother, Thomas CRONIN, Fort Myers, Fla., and three grandchildren.<br />
Final rites will be Monday at 10 a.m. in the St. Joseph Catholic church. Father Harold E.<br />
WELLER will officiate. Burial will be in the <strong>Rochester</strong> I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call at<br />
Zimmerman Brothers funeral home after 10 a.m. Sunday. <strong>The</strong> family requests that memorials<br />
other than flowers be made as donations to the Heart Fund.<br />

James Sanderson<br />
James SANDERSON, 87, Argos, died Thursday at 10:15 p.m. in the home of his<br />
daughter, Mrs. Kenith FREE, Argos, following a heart attack.<br />
Born July 20, 1882, in Bury, Lancaster county, England, he was the son of Samuel and<br />
Martha GRINDROD SANDERSON. His marriage was Feb. 14, 1907, in Woodstock, Ontario,<br />
Canada, to Alice SCOTT. She died June 3, 1960.<br />
Moving from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, he had lived in Argos for 55 years. He was the<br />
owner and operator of the Martin and Sanderson Retail Lumber company, Argos, until his<br />
retirement in 1959. He was a member of the Argos United Methodist church, a member and a past<br />
master of the Argos Masonic lodge, a charter member of the Argos Lions club, and a member of<br />
the Indiana Lions club band (in which he played the saxophone). He was also on the Board of<br />
Directors for the Argos Maple Grove cemetery.<br />
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Kenith (Eileen) FREE and Mrs. Elmer (Bernice)<br />
MASTERMAN, both of Argos; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs.<br />
Frank (Dora) PORTHOUSE, Stony Creek, Ontario, Canada, and one brother, Wilfred<br />
SANDERSON, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.<br />
Final rites will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Argos United Methodist church. <strong>The</strong> Rev.<br />
Robert HANSEN will officiate. Burial will be in the Argos Maple Grove cemetery. Friends may
