Fanny M. Clark
Mrs. Fanny M. CLARK, 77, R.R. 1, Leesburg, died at 12:15 a.m. today in the Prairie
View nursing home in Warsaw. She had been ill several years.
Born May 1, 1893, near Argos, she was the daughter of James and Melinda Jane
EMMONS WARREN. Her marriage was to James S. CLARK, who preceded her in death in
1954. Mrs. Clark was a resident of the Palestine community 30 years.
Surviving are four sons, Robert [CLARK], Lansing, Mich.; Lowell and Richard
[CLARK], both of Warssaw; Alden [CLARK], Leesburg; three daughters, Mrs. George (Bernice)
KEEL, Lansing, Mich.; Mrs. Lyle (Charlotte) REGNIA, Akron, O.; Mrs. Forrest (Barbara)
HAMMAN, Leesburg; one sister, Mrs. John (Della) ILER, South Bend; thirty grandchildren;
twenty-seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Two sons, one daughter, three
brothers, and four sisters preceded in death.
Final rites will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the Mentone First Baptist church. The Rev. Lee
KANTENWEIN will officiate. Burial will be in the Harrison Center cemetery. Friends may call
at the King Memorial home in Mentone after 2 p.m. Saturday until the hour of service on Sunday.

Margaret J. Jackson
Mrs. Margaret Jane “Jennie” JACKSON, 91, Fulton, died at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in
Woodlawn hospital, where she was admitted Nov. 28. She had been seriously ill one week.
Born Jan. 31, 1879 in Fulton county, she was the daughter of George and Margaret
TILDEN KENT. She had resided most of her life in the Fulton area. She was married April 19,
1902, in Fulton to John Warren JACKSON, who died Sept. 1, 1954. She was a member of the
Fulton Wesleyan church.
Surviving are a son, James [JACKSON], of Rochester; a daughter, Mrs. Melvin (Glenn)
PARMAN, Fulton; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Dr. B. R. KENT,
Fulton, and a sister, Mrs. C. A. (Myrtle) DOUD, Fulton. A son, Russell [JACKSON], preceded in
death. Three brothers and one sister also preceded in death
Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ditmire-Zimmerman funeral home in
Fulton with the Rev. Ira E. HOLT officiating. Burial will be in the Fulton cemetery. Friends may
call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Arthur DuBois
Arthur DuBOIS, 64, R.R. 1, Argos, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 10:30 a.m.
today at his residence.
Final arrangements are pending at the Grossman funeral home in Argos.
