Dr. Fenton B. Davison<br />

Dr. Fenton [Booth] DAVISON, DDS, 73, Mentone, died Monday at 4:35 p.m. in his<br />

home. He had been seriously ill for six months.<br />

Born July 19, 1896, in Marshall, Ill., he was the son of Charles and Nancy ROSS<br />

DAVISON. His marriage was Sept. 12, 1942, in Ohio, to Lois DORMAN, who survives. A 1918<br />

graduate of the Indiana Dental college, he was a member of the United Methodist church, the<br />

American Legion, the Chamber of Commerce, the Masonic lodge and the Eastern Star, all at<br />

Mentone; the Scottish Rite and the Mizpah Shrine, both of Fort Wayne; and the Kosciusko county<br />

Dental Sociaty, the American Dental association and the Indiana State Dental association.<br />

Surviving with the wife are one son, Fenton G DAVISON, of Santa Barbara, Cal., and<br />

one sister, Mrs. Harvey (Marjorie) FINELEY, Marshall, Ill. Two brothers and two sisters<br />

preceded in death.<br />

Final rites will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Mentone United Methodist church with<br />

the Rev. Garrett PHILLIPS officiating. Burial will be in the Mentone cemetery. Friends may call<br />

at the King Memorial home, Mentone, aafter 2 p.m. Wednesday. <strong>The</strong> family requests that<br />

memorials other than flowers be made as contributionas to the Mentone United Methodist church.<br />

Christina Sue Redinger<br />

Christina Sue REDINGER, infant daughter of Lee and Carol Jean McFARLAND<br />

REDINGER of Argos, died Tuesday at 10:40 a.m. in Marshall county hospital 12 hours after her<br />

birth.<br />

Surviving with the parents are the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bennie<br />

McFARLAND, Argos; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ward REDINGER, Argos; the<br />

paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William THOMPSON, Argos, and the paternal greatgrandmother,<br />

Mrs. Mark REDINGER, Plymouth.<br />

Final rites will be Thursday at 4 p.m. in the Grossman funeral home, Argos. <strong>The</strong> Rev.<br />

Arthur BISHOP will officiate. Burial will be in the Maple Grove cemetery, Argos. Friends may<br />

call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.<br />

Frederick G. Rowe<br />

Frederick G. ROWE, 86, 506 Ohio street, died Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. in his home.<br />

Born May 4, 1883, south of Athens, he was the son of George and Dora MOORE<br />

ROWE. His first marriage was to Grace W. HEETER, who died in 1926. His second marriage<br />

was Feb. 26, 1927, to Lou MURPHY PATTERSON, who survives. Having lived most of his life<br />

in the <strong>Rochester</strong> area, he was a former school teacher, owner and operator of an Athens store and<br />

the owner of a coal buriness in <strong>Rochester</strong>. He was a member of the First Baptist church,<br />

<strong>Rochester</strong>.<br />

Surviving with the wife are one son, Dr. Howard H. ROWE, <strong>Rochester</strong>; three daughters,<br />

Mrs. A. L. (Eva) MATHIESEN and Mrs. Edward (Dora) SHEWMAN, both of Akron, and Mrs.<br />

Joe (Josephine) McCONNELL, Cedar Lake; one step-son, Cecil PATTERSON, <strong>Rochester</strong>; one<br />

step-daughter, Mrs. Marie WIRT, Hollywood, Cal.; twelve grandchildren; fourteen greatgrandchildren,<br />

and one brother, William ROWE, Webster, Wis. Three sisters and one brother<br />

preceded in death.
