Melissa L. GOHN, 17 months of age, Peru, died Tuesday at 9 a.m. in her home following<br />
an illness of five days.<br />
Born Dec. 21, 1968, in <strong>Rochester</strong>, she was the daughter of Mrs. Yvonnie BOLEN<br />
GOHN, Peru, and Thomas L. GOHN, R.R. 5, <strong>Rochester</strong>.<br />
Surviving with her parents are the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rant BOLEN,<br />
R.R. 5, <strong>Rochester</strong>; the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Floyd BRADLEY, R.R. 5, <strong>Rochester</strong>, and the<br />
paternal grandfather, Russell GOHN, Michigan City<br />
Final rites will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Foster & Good funeral home. <strong>The</strong> Rev.<br />
Armond RITTER will officiate. Burial will be in the <strong>Rochester</strong> I.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call<br />
at the funeral home.<br />

Lesia Marie Stratton<br />
Lesia Marie STRATTON, 15 months old, died at 1 a.m. today at the Cook <strong>County</strong><br />
hospital in Chicago, where she was a patient 10 days. <strong>The</strong> child had been ill the past five weeks.<br />
She was the daughter of Lewis and Bonnie HOLLENBACK STRATTON, R.R. 1,<br />
Akron, and was born Feb. 27, 1969, at <strong>Rochester</strong>. <strong>The</strong>re are no other immediate survivors.<br />
Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Sheetz funeral home in Akron with the Rev.<br />
Charles FRENCH officiating. Burial will be in the Silver Creek cemetery. Friends may call at the<br />
funeral home.<br />

Nellie E. Mathias<br />
Mrs. Nellie E. MATHIAS, 83, the Green Oak community, died Thursday at 5:35 p.m. in<br />
Miller Merry Manor nursing home, Plymouth. She had been ill five years.<br />
Born May 25, 1887, in Green Oak, she was the daughter of Charles and Emma HICKS<br />
HORTON. Her marriage was Nov. 2, 1912, in <strong>Rochester</strong>, to Edd MATHIAS, who survives. A<br />
lifetime rsident of <strong>Fulton</strong> <strong>County</strong>, she was a member of the Macy United Methodist church and the<br />
Pleasant Hour club.<br />
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Wilbur (Phyllis) ENYART, R.R. 6, <strong>Rochester</strong>; one<br />
granddaughter, Miss Nelda ENYART, R.R. 6, <strong>Rochester</strong>; one grandson, David ENYART, R.R. 6,<br />
<strong>Rochester</strong>; one great-grandson, Michael ENYART, R.R. 6, <strong>Rochester</strong>; one sister, Mrs. Phil<br />
MILLER, R.R. 2, <strong>Rochester</strong>, and one brother, Glen HORTON, Sidell, Ill. One brother, Ray<br />
[HORTON], preceded her in death.<br />
Final rites will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Macy United Methodist church with the Revs.<br />
James O’DELL and Robert ELLISON officiating. Burial will be in the <strong>Rochester</strong> I.O.O.F.<br />
cemetery. Friends may call at the Foster & Good funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday and until 11<br />
a.m. Sunday and then at the church one hour before the services.<br />

Word has been received here of the death April 25 in Glendale, Cal., of Howey M.<br />
BALL, formerly of <strong>Rochester</strong>.
