Ernest Wynn<br />

Ernest WYNN, 58, Detroit, Mich., a former Kewanna resident, died Saturday at 10:30<br />

p.m. in a Detroit hospital, following a sudden illness.<br />

Born in Indiana to Harley and Edna MARTIN WYNN, he lived in the <strong>Rochester</strong> and<br />

Richland Center area until moving to Michigan where he retired as a truck driver.<br />

He married Irene ZUCK, who survives.<br />

Also surviving are two sons, Lee and Ray [WYNN], of Michigan. Six brothers, Lowell<br />

[WYNN], of Michigan; Alfred and Paul [WYNN], both of Morocco; Eli [WYNN], <strong>Rochester</strong>;<br />

Richard [WYNN], Mentone, and Marvin [WYNN], Argos; four sisters, Delma [WYNN], of<br />

Monticello; Ruth [WYNN], Salem; May [WYNN], St. Petersburg, Fla., and Sonia [WYNN],<br />

Akron.<br />

Services will be Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the Harrison funeral home, Kewanna. Burial<br />

will be in the Kewanna cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday afternoon and evening.<br />

Florence Woolpert<br />

Mrs. Florence WOOLPERT, 91, Argos, died at 6:15 p.m. Monday in the TLC nursing<br />

home in Argos, following an extended illness.<br />

Born Oct. 17, 1879, near Argos, she was the daughter of Fred and Elizabeth<br />

BRUMBACH SHAFFER. Her marriage was to John WOOLPERT in 1916. He died in 1939.<br />

She had resided the greater share of her life in Plymouth. Mrs. Woolpert was a member of the<br />

First Church of Christ Scientist of Plymouth.<br />

Surviving are one foster-son, Paul JENNING, South Bend, and one niece, Mrs. Corey<br />

[Hattie) HACKLER, Anderson.<br />

Final rites will be at 11 a.m Thursday in the Grossman funeral home in Argos. Mr.<br />

Homer TAYLOR will officiate. Burial will be in the Argos Maple rove cemetery. Friends may<br />

call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.<br />

Olive E. Wiltshire<br />

Mrs. Olive Elsie WILTSHIRE, 73, Peru, former <strong>Rochester</strong> resident, died at 5 a.m. today<br />

in the Friendly Nursing home in Peru. She had een ill four years.<br />

Born March 4, 1897, in Leiters Ford, she was the daughter of Eli and Florence NORON<br />

LEITER. Her marriage was in 1925, to Francis WILTSHIRE, who died in 1963. A retired<br />

waitress, she had resided in Peru 20 years, moving from <strong>Rochester</strong>. She was a member of the<br />

Presbyterian church in Peru.<br />

Surviving are one son, Billy WILTSHIRE, Peru; two brothers, Dell LEITER, Titusville,<br />

Fla., and Dr. Forrest LEITER, Dearborn, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Tom BECK, <strong>Rochester</strong>, and<br />

Mrs. Fernando MARTINEZ, Naco, Ariz.<br />

Final rites will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Flowers and Leedy funeral home in Peru.<br />

Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at <strong>Rochester</strong>. Friends may call after noon on Friday at the<br />

funeral home.
