NO more relationships with 'girls next door'!; - after TWO in the 'Priory Street Posse'!

urgently, fell on deaf ears, I resolved not to ask any more while
I was here, as it was pointless.
I went to the graphics shop in WGC town centre and left my
only two papers left to be bound (I had finished off printing
them on Sunday) and picked them up next day. I bought some
batteries for my portable radio/CD walkman, some coke and
tobacco, in Sainsbury’s. Finally I bought a cheap phone, under
£3, in Argos, but when it did not work when plugged in back at
the (god) helpusall, took it back next day when collecting the
binding and got a slightly more expensive replacement – which
did work, which eventually as we see when I got two weeks’
leave I was to take home – to give to Julie in case she ever
could afford to get a Virgin Media phone landline like mine.
Finally, in a long trip to the library in town, I looked up the
phone numbers, usernames and passwords of three free ISP
Internet companies, who gave a much faster and more reliable
service than currently used at the (god) helpusall ward. I
installed these phone dial up services, all about three times
faster than the original at 110 kilobaud, on my return to the
ward. Windows had stopped working on one PC, and using the
screwdriver and allen key I had just about managed to be
allowed to use with discretion on the ward, reseated all the
cables several times in each of the two PC’s – especially the
hard disk – and indeed Windows installed quickly off my disk
when I reinstalled it on the second PC. However it would not
activate on either – I had run out of activations by Microsoft –
so for several days after that a balloon kept popping up on both
saying ‘so many days left to activate’ – I worried about this, for
after the month was up without being activated in that time,
the Windows XP on each PC would self-destruct! A phone
message to MIND asking for a full copy of Windows XP fell on
deaf ears, with no reply, so I carried on worrying about how to
activate the PCs’ copies of Windows, but meanwhile the
machines both worked much faster, and more quietly and
reliably, for a quick easy cable service, not done before in years
at least! That evening one Jim appeared on the ward who I
had met in Abbey Ward in 2004!
On Tuesday as I just mentioned I picked up my bound papers
for £5 – a lot more than a better job with metal not plastic
