NO more relationships with 'girls next door'!; - after TWO in the 'Priory Street Posse'!

I write on Saturday 16 th August 2008. As the previous title
page says, it has been extremely quiet in my life since the
above momentous discharge from Section 3 on 30 th May 2008.
I choose to summarise the intervening 2½ months briefly under
headings, as this is quicker: -
1. My health continues as brilliant – but TIRED ALL THE
TIME!
2. Restoring a firm friendship, but no chance allowed by her
of a relationship, with Julie
3. My renewed efforts ‘after all that!’ to promote my books
4. My parallel efforts to secure a Registered Design (or
possibly a patent again?) for my keyboard
5. Selling my car – reluctantly, but I can’t drive for now for
an unknown time into the future…

• My health continues as brilliant – but TIRED ALL THE
TIME!
• Mental Health. This has continued as excellent, with
hardly any toxic ‘side’ effects from medication. There
have been, however, long spells, where I have felt
extremely tired, so I still don’t get up very early at all any
day, very bored or very frustrated and inadequate. The
last two were caused by ending an enforced massive
period of inactivity in hospital, with all practical things
done by the staff, not patients, cooking, cleaning, etc.
However yesterday I cleaned my flat thoroughly, which
felt good – and responsible. I have seen a new Doctor, Dr
Pathmanandam, a Sri Lankan, at Cygnet House three
times, once a month, but last Wednesday he was so
pleased with my steady progress towards a good constant
level of calm, that he told me to only come come back in
six weeks not four next time. I have had help from
Jemima, my social work team manager, who has been my
nursing coordinator for a month after Terence could not be
bothered to ring me up at all! The Doctor and she are
encouraging me to give up smoking, and I have had two
