NO more relationships with 'girls next door'!; - after TWO in the 'Priory Street Posse'!

about my ongoing saga with the mobile phone contract, but
nothing got resolved really. After that Terence gave me my
injection, and I got him, to his surprise, to give it in my flank;
just as Jill’s injection two weeks ago, again there was no painful
lump for a whole week afterwards, often a problem with his
injections before. Having questioned his injection technique to
Jemima twice now, I now found myself questioning his method
of drawing up the 130mg liquid! I will raise this at the CPA
meeting on Monday week… I tried to fax T3 a letter asking for
a new contract, £24 compensation for phone calls wasted on
them, and a new charger, but had to send it off to their sales
email address. Their fax phone number did not work any more
than their ‘customer care’ call centre number ever had… I also
emailed Stef at Lulu, virtually demanding payment of a refund.
It is now Tuesday next week, with no reply to that email or my
email of Monday… Finally a man from T3 Direct ‘Feedback’
department rang about 8pm, and I gave him a one-minute
tirade about their call centre being the worst and most
expensive I had ever experienced; finally he agreed to send me
a replacement mobile phone, but I have heard nothing more on
that; it is now the following Tuesday evening.
There were 75 visitors on Friday recorded on Saturday
morning. The postman gave with one hand and took with the
other! – a £20 combined birthday and Christmas present of a
cheque arrived from my aunt Pat, who had been the only one of
the people I sent ‘website’ postcards to, to telephone in
response or show any response at all. However, there was also
a demand for a £25 late payment fee from Black Horse ltd as I
had not yet paid my loan instalment of £60.53 this month. The
cheque from my Aunt would enable me to pay the £60.53, but
the £25 would have to wait a few weeks…
That weekend I definitely had too much time on my hands, in
the short, bleak winter days! I sent Manuela two emails,
copied to Kumar, on Saturday, and one on Sunday, getting
more and more fierce! The first on Saturday was mild – asking
for her report on marketing that she kept promising; and about
at last handing over the website.
