phone AND new contract as a result of my letter of
yesterday.
5. I have nearly given up all hope of getting my $80 or so
refund from the miserly lulu, who never reply any more to
my emails!
6. Black Horse Loan – I hope to pay them £60+ and get back
up to date for this month, with my payment holiday, on
Thursday.
On the Wednesday I got an email from Stef of www.lulu.com
and duly replied with the original order numbers of the four
books I was requesting a refund for. It is now Monday 1 st
December and despite another email and two ‘chats’ since
there has been no reply. How rude! I also emailed Google, on
their help page for Itch Itch. I went to the Mind Club between
2pm-3pm, but first took a ‘robot’ speaking machine phone call
from ‘National debt Line’ and had a long chat through them
with a debt management company – however after my planned
chat next day with the ‘CCCS’ I dropped that idea fast! For
‘Debbie’ of the CCCS went through my weekly budget and said
if I halved my smoking I could easily afford to live!
Also on Thursday I got an email back from Google Anal Itch
Itch Support making out my site was probably ‘down’ in the
USA – that would explain the massive ‘bounce rate’! I phoned
Manuela twice, expressing my dismay, and said she and Kumar
needed to fix the web site or the statistics – or both! I duly
paid Black Horse £60.53 – and they immediately cancelled two
£25 charges that had come on my account – as a ‘goodwill
gesture’! – not such a fierce company after all! Friday was a
real crisis day!
There were further bland emails from Google on Thursday then
Friday, which I answered, with them concluding wrongly in the
end that they had solved all my problems! I answered in email,
and sent increasingly frantic emails on the same issue to
Manuela and Kumar, who were notable for an absence of any
emails to me at all for the last two weeks of increasing doubts
about the Anal Itch Itch package at all! When I finally
