NO more relationships with 'girls next door'!; - after TWO in the 'Priory Street Posse'!

I am getting 9%+ (9,000/100,000) of visitors look at >1 page
of the site. Of these 4.5% (4,500/100,000) spend >2 (2-30)
minutes on the site.
The %ages would not increase drastically enough with 30,000
US/CAN/UK visitors instead to justify changing.
So I will leave the campaign going as is and hope for enough
sales (ROI) to posssibly try another campaign with you with
US/CAN/UK visitors next time?
I have only had 4500 visitors in 28 hours - PLEASE INCREASE
THE RATE FROM 2,000 to 3,400 A DAY TO GET THEM ALL IN 30
DAYS!!!
Today Monday 23 rd March, I suddenly realised that the start of
the month was approaching when previously in January and
February I had been notified by www.lulu.com of the sales
figures from the big online retail bookshops, and had my
royalties taxed over there in the USA at 30% - because I still
had to receive my USA IRS ITIN number after over six months
waiting! I had risked sending them, abroad even, my original
driving licence, nearly two whole months ago. So I emailed
Lulu and got a swift email back with help with the form I
needed to send back to Lulu once the IRS finally send me my
ITIN number and return my driving licence. It turns out there
is absolutely no tax once I tell Lulu my ITIN number, not the
previous 30% - but they will not be able to refund the 30% tax
already deducted.
I tried to ring the ITIN department but the first very expensive
international call lasted 30 whole minutes on hold with piped
classical music without me getting an answer. A later call got
the useless response, again after 30 minutes of waiting, that
the number the IRS had given me was in Philadelphia, and they
had no way of contacting the ITIN Centre in Austin TX – their
system merely reported that the latter were ‘still handling my
request’!
