NO more relationships with 'girls next door'!; - after TWO in the 'Priory Street Posse'!

today. They will call on the phone midday tomorrow week for
an hour to discuss my debts and budget, for which I plan to fill
out their forms in the meantime to enable this. I called Julie,
who it turned out had come home from starting work last
Tuesday, a day early. She had seen her Mum who was
stressed out with so many kids in her house at once, and taken
her out to lunch. It had taken her ¾ hour not ½ hour to drive
home in torrential rain! She got no sleep last night…
Tuesday was incredibly quiet. I got a useless call from the
offices of T3 Direct, and chatted to Lulu Inc about getting a
faster response from my email yesterday to their Stef, than last
week.
Wednesday I took four copies of my book to the Mind club,
hoping the pleasant, amusing Trevis was there – so I could lend
her and another club member a copy possibly with a view to
sales! However Trevis was not there today. Just before 2pm I
popped down the road to Leaside Church Hall, but it turns out
the U3A that I hoped to attend has been very popular and had
had to move to the sports hall a mile outside the town centre!
So back to the Mind Club, where I showed off the web site to
several members and helpers. I popped down for ten minutes
chat with Jemima after that. The cat was out, and followed me
when I popped round to see Julie – who was out. Half an hour
later the phone rang – it was Julie saying ‘I have a friend of
yours here with me!’ meaning Woosskat my cat! So I went
round and collected the cat! Julie came round later for three
quarters of an hour – and got me to open windows here
‘because of the smoke. I have just washed my hair!’ Finally
today I got another call from T3 Direct following on from
yesterday – but this seems to have been a quite independent
‘follow up call’ from the original Indian salesman. He promised
he would talk to his office and get the contract for the mobile
cancelled – but he has made a false promise like that before.
The usual problem of anonymous calls – or being totally unable
to call – his company happened this time again. Also when in
the past during harassing calls from him and his colleague, I
have asked for their number, they balked the issue! So the
long term very irritating issue of the mobile phone contract I
am hampered with, apparently even now, drags on. Likewise
