Abstract. In this paper singular system of the differential equations of high order of special form in<br />

Banach spaces is considered. Matrix fundamental operator-function for the degenerated differential<br />

operator (Bδ (N) (t) − ΛAδ(t)) is constructed. Here operator B is fredholm or neter and has full<br />

A-Jordan set or operator A is spectral bounded relatively B.<br />
