has a receptacle for soap; also a tube is
attached designed to be fitted to the
faucet. The water passes over the soap,
and as the cook rubs the brush
back and forth over the dishes,
there is a constant supply of
clean, soapy water which cuts
into and completely removes
every vestige of grease and
food. The device sells for two
dollars.

GREASE POT WITH
DRAINER
A GREASE pot with a wire
^^ drainer, lately marketed,
is very useful in frying doughnuts,
French fried potatoes,
and other foods requiring deep
fat. The material is placed in
the strainer, which is then
lowered into the fat; when it has cooked
to the required extent, the strainer is
lifted out and attached to the pan in
such fashion that the grease drains out
without further attention from the user.
The grease pots provided with drainers
are made in various sizes.
