BABY SATCHEL
A BABY satchel made of leather is a
^^ convenient and novel means of carrying
a baby. The satchel itself weighs
only eight ounces, and is so small that it
can be folded into a bundle that slips
into a man's coat pocket or a woman's
hand bag. With the satchel two people
can distribute the child's weight between
them instead of putting the weight all on
one, and in addition the child is more
comfortable than if held in the arms.
The satchel enables two persons to carry
the child over rough, muddy, or sandy
places where a go-cart cannot be operated.
In the park the satchel may be
suspended as a swing for the child.

The outside walls are made of
canvas and sheet steel riveted
together with copper rivets, thus
assuring durability. The partitions
between the compartments
are made of high quality pressboard
so as to secure lightness.
The bag is particularly useful
where papers are distributed
among the different departments
of the same establishments, but
is well adapted to miscellaneous
uses. Every enterprising messenger
boy should own one.

A N electric radiator that is portable
makes an appeal to every home
lover. It will take the chill off any cold
room in the house, because it may be
fitted in a trice to any lamp socket. It is
especially desirable where there are cases
of sickness and it is necessary to get up
in the middle of a cold night in a fireless
room. For temporary use where the furnace
has gone out it should prove a boon.
It is the sort of device that removes some
of the anxieties and annoyances of married
life.
