The large nozzle is blocked up by a sheet of the material of which the canteen is made, leaving an
elliptical shaped opening to fit the mouth. Secondly, there is a hole punched back of this mouthpiece
at right angles to the direction of the water flow, to admit air to replace the flowing water.
When the cap is screwed on, the airhole is covered up against leakage. From this a man can drink
without seeming to bathe.
ROLLER TOWEL FOR INDIVIDUAL USE
A unique towel case has recently been perfected by a concern of Los Angeles. This case keeps the
soiled towels out of sight entirely. A twenty five yard roll of toweling is wound on a roller at the top
of the case and is unwound by means of a hand lever, whenever desired.
