The "Red Bug" Makes
Its Bow
This little car attained
great popularity at the
ach resorts during the
latter part of the winter
just past. It consists of a
light frame set on bicycle
wheels, and driven by a
motor wheel attachment in
the rear. In the beach
races, these little cars
showed their ability to
make twenty-five miles an
hour.
THE LONGEST BRIDGE IN THE WORLD
Above is a diagram of the proposed San Francisco Oakland bridge which is to be built immediately by
the counties of San Francisco and Alameda, California. The bridge will be two hundred feet in height and
five and one-half miles in length, and is to cost $22,000,000.
