of discarded garden hose and slit one
end an inch and a half deep in four
places, thus making four strips about tys,
of an inch wide. Cut out two alternate
strips leaving the other two. Fit a tight
plug to the depth of the cuts and bind
the two strips about the hose at about
three feet from the end, making a loop
a foot or so in diameter. Punch oneeighth
inch holes about two inches apart
on the inside of the loop, hang it about
