All thechanges that happen in the physicalenvironment endanger the ecologicalequilibrium of the site.Intervention done on the historical monumentsare made only by respecting the Agreement ofthe Culture and Cults Ministry; the forcemajeure events are an exception, but with thecondition that the changes are reversible.322
