Exporting dashboard report data<br />

Exporting report data<br />

You can export data displayed in dashboard reports by clicking the Export button on the<br />

dashboard report menu.<br />

Note: Flow Monitor data is exported according to the parameters set in the Flow Data Export<br />

Settings (on page 1075) dialog.<br />

To export report data:<br />

1 Click the Export button. The File Download dialog appears.<br />

2 Click Save. The Save As dialog appears.<br />

3 Enter, or browse to select, the location where you want to save report data. Click Save.<br />

Configuring export settings<br />

Use the Flow Export Settings dialog to configure the parameters for exporting report data.<br />

Each time you export Flow Monitor data, it will use the parameters set in this dialog. You can<br />

export data to a text file, Microsoft Excel, or a .PDF.<br />

To configure the Flow Monitor export settings:<br />

1 Select Flow Monitor > Data Export Settings. The Flow Export Settings dialog appears.<br />

2 Select the desired options.<br />

Select Export to Text to export Flow Monitor data to text.<br />

Select Export to Excel to export Flow Monitor data to Microsoft Excel.<br />

Select Export to PDF to export data to .PDF.<br />

Select Include report title to include the report name in the exported data.<br />

Select Include column names to include the column titles in the exported data.<br />

Select Include graphs to include graph(s) with the exported data (available on select<br />

reports).<br />

Select the Text options:<br />

Column delimiter. Select the character type you want to use to separate fields for<br />

each set of data when reports are exported. The delimiter options are: Comma,<br />

Semicolon, Tab, or Vertical Bar.<br />
