To configure this dashboard report in <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong>:<br />

1 In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select Menu > Configure. The Configure<br />

Report dialog appears.<br />

2 Enter or select the appropriate information for the following fields.<br />

Report name. Enter a title for the dashboard report.<br />

Maximum rows to return. Enter the number of records you would like displayed in<br />

the dashboard report.<br />

3 Click OK to save changes.<br />

Inventory: Total Performance Monitors by Type<br />

This home-level dashboard report gives a summary of performance monitors on the network<br />

by type. This can be useful for gathering statistical information as well as general knowledge<br />

about the type of monitoring currently in use for your network. If you notice a particularly<br />

useful or successful action isn't used extensively, you can apply more of this type of action to<br />

other crucial devices on the network. You can also remove less successful actions.<br />

Performance Monitor Type. The type of performance monitor.<br />

Polls Per Min. The total number of polls per minute by performance monitor type.<br />

Count. The total number of a particular performance monitor on the network.<br />

To configure this dashboard report in <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong>:<br />

1 In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select Menu > Configure. The Configure<br />

Report dialog appears.<br />

2 Enter or select the appropriate information for the following fields.<br />

Name. Enter a title for the dashboard report.<br />

Maximum rows to return. Enter the number of records you would like displayed in<br />

the dashboard report.<br />
