Change options for individual reports by clicking Menu > Configure for each report.<br />

Add additional views by clicking the +. Remove views by dragging them to the trash.<br />

For more information, see Working with dashboard views (on page 345).<br />

The Top 10 dashboard also displays threshold reports. These reports let you set a threshold to<br />

filter out items that do not match a specified criteria. For example, the Interface Utilization<br />

Threshold report could have been used (in the example above) instead of the Interface Top<br />

10 report, to filter out the interfaces that are not above 50% utilization. Using this approach,<br />

only interfaces with significant usage would be shown.<br />

Thresholds<br />

Report percentages are displayed in colors that represent the utilization thresholds:<br />

Red. Above 90%<br />

Yellow. Above 80%<br />

Green. 80% or less<br />

Remote Site Log<br />

This system report lists all error messages generated by remote site connection attempts.<br />

You can change the order of the information displayed in each column by clicking a column<br />

header.<br />

Report body<br />

Below the date/time picker is a table showing all remote site errors that occurred during the<br />

selected time period.<br />

The following information is displayed in the log:<br />

Date. The date on which the error occurred.<br />

Type. The type of the error message received.<br />

Status. The error message received.<br />

Remote Site. The remote site on which the failed connection took place.<br />

Note: If this report's data exceeds the maximum number of records set for full reports, use<br />

the Zoom Tool to view more records for the report. The maximum number of records any full<br />

report displays is specified in the Preferences dialog.<br />

Remote Site Status<br />

This system problem areas report displays a summary status of devices and monitors on all<br />

remote sites configured for <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong> remote reports at the time of the last refresh.<br />
