Note: <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong> v14.1 and prior used a default value of 10,000 max records; <strong>WhatsUp</strong><br />

<strong>Gold</strong> v14.2 and later use a default value of 1,000 max records. For more information, see<br />

Manage Web <strong>Server</strong> (on page 681).<br />

Business Hours report settings<br />

You can select Standard Business Hours in many <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong> and Flow Monitor reports.<br />

Click the Date range list and select Standard Business Hours to limit report views to<br />

business operation hours. Standard business hours default to Monday - Friday from 9:00 am -<br />

5:00 pm. You can add, edit, and delete business hour settings in the Business Hours dialog.<br />

Note: The Business Hours setting is available for group reports only.<br />

Add Hours. Click to add a new set of business hours for report time ranges.<br />

Name list. Click to select an existing business hours setting to edit or delete it.<br />

Delete. Select a business hours setting you want to remove from the list, then click<br />

Delete to remove it.<br />

Link days. Select this option to use the same start and end time for each scheduled<br />

day.<br />

To change/edit Standard Business Hours:<br />

1 Select the days you want to include in your business hours, then use the slider bar to<br />

adjust the start and end times for each day.<br />

2 If you want to stop creating or editing a business hours setting, click Cancel.<br />

3 Click OK to complete the Business Hours report setting.<br />

WhatsConnected Device Info<br />

The WhatsConnected Device Info full report provides a tabular view that displays detailed<br />

network device information gathered by WhatsConnected.<br />

Note: Data for the WhatsConnected Device Info report appears only when the selected<br />

device is a device imported from WhatsConnected.<br />

You can access this report using one of the following methods:<br />

Device view right-click menu. From the <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong> Device View, right-click on a<br />

WhatsConnected device and select Device Viewer.<br />

Device Reports. On the Reports tab, click Device Reports. The reports overview<br />

screen appears. In the General section of the Device Reports section, click<br />

WhatsConnected Device Information.<br />

More Device Reports. From any device report, select WhatsConnected Device Info<br />

from the More Device Reports list box.<br />
