To configure this dashboard report in <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong>:<br />

1 In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select Menu > Configure. The Configure<br />

Report dialog appears.<br />

2 Enter the or select appropriate information for the following fields.<br />

Report name. Enter a title for the dashboard report. This name appears in the title bar<br />

of the dashboard report pane.<br />

Device group. Choose a device group for monitoring. Select Every device to select<br />

all devices regardless of their subgroups.<br />

Threshold. Enter a number for the threshold and select a threshold criteria symbol<br />

from the list.<br />

Maximum rows to return. Enter the number of records to display in the dashboard<br />

report.<br />

Column 2 width. Enter a width for the column (in pixels).<br />

3 Click OK to save changes.<br />

Threshold: Interface Traffic<br />

This home-level dashboard report displays interface traffic information for a specified device<br />

group based on the number of packets both sent and received. Placing this dashboard report<br />

in a dashboard allows you to keep tabs on crucial devices and their current interface traffic<br />

rates by glancing at the numbers in the transmit and receive columns for each device.<br />

Device. The network device.<br />

Interface. The interface description.<br />

Transmit. The number of packets sent.<br />

Receive. The number of packets received.<br />

To configure this dashboard report in <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong>:<br />

1 In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select Menu > Configure. The Configure<br />
