In maintenance. The number of monitored devices on the Remote Site in the<br />

maintenance at the last connect time.<br />

Last refresh time. The last time data gathered from the Remote Site was refreshed to<br />

display updated data.<br />

To configure this dashboard report in <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong>:<br />

1 In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select Menu > Configure. The Configure<br />

Report dialog appears.<br />

2 Enter or select the appropriate information in the following fields.<br />

Report name. Enter a title for the dashboard report. This name appears in the title bar<br />

of the dashboard report pane.<br />

3 Click OK to save changes.<br />

Remote Reports: Monitor Status<br />

This remote dashboard report provides a status summary of all monitors configured for the<br />

monitored devices on a Remote Site according to the last refresh time. For more information,<br />

see Using the Remote/Central dashboard reports.<br />

Each entry in the report contains the following information:<br />

Display name. The monitored device's display name.<br />

Monitors up. The total number of monitors on the Remote Site in the Up state at the<br />

last connect time.<br />

Monitors down. The total number of monitors on the Remote Site in the Down state<br />

at the last connect time.<br />

Last refresh time. The last time data gathered from the Remote Site was refreshed to<br />

display updated data.<br />

To configure this dashboard report in <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong>:<br />

1 In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select Menu > Configure. The Configure<br />

Report dialog appears.<br />

2 Enter or select the appropriate information in the following fields.<br />

Report name. Enter a title for the dashboard report. This name appears in the title bar<br />

of the dashboard report pane.<br />

Remote Reports: Summary Counts<br />

This remote reports dashboard report provides a summary for a Remote Site by the total<br />

number of:<br />

Monitored devices<br />

Up devices<br />

Down devices<br />

Devices with down Active Monitors<br />
