Column 1 width. Enter a width for the column in pixels.<br />

Column 2 width. Enter a width for the column in pixels.<br />

3 Click OK to save changes.<br />

Remote Reports: Active Monitor States<br />

This remote report dashboard report lists all Active Monitors assigned to devices on the<br />

selected Remote Site. For more information, see Using the Remote/Central dashboard<br />

reports.<br />

The table included in the dashboard report lists each device by display name, and the state of<br />

all Active Monitors assigned to each device.<br />

To configure this dashboard report in <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong>:<br />

1 In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select Menu > Configure. The Configure<br />

Report dialog appears.<br />

2 Enter or select the appropriate information in the following fields.<br />

Report name. Enter a title for the dashboard report. This name appears in the title bar<br />

of the dashboard report pane.<br />

Remote site. Select a Remote Site for the report from the list.<br />

Note: The Remote Sites in this list are populated on the <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong> console at Configure<br />

> Program Options > Central Site Configuration.<br />

Remote active monitor type. Select a remote active monitor type for the report. The<br />

default is All active monitor types.<br />

Internal monitor state. Select an internal monitor state (All states, Up, Maintenance,<br />

Down, Unknown) for the report.<br />

3 Click OK to save changes.<br />

Remote Reports: Device Status<br />

This remote dashboard report provides a status summary of all monitored devices on a<br />

Remote Site according to the last refresh time. For more information, see Using the<br />

Remote/Central dashboard reports.<br />

Each entry in the report contains the following information:<br />

Display name. The display name for the monitored device.<br />

Devices up. The number of monitored devices on the Remote Site in the Up state at<br />

the last connect time.<br />

Devices down. The number of monitored devices on the Remote Site in the Down<br />

state at the last connect time.<br />
