Remote Reports: Remote Sites Overview<br />

This remote reports dashboard report displays an overview of information on a Remote Site<br />

configured for use in your <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong> Distributed Solution. For more information, see<br />

Using the Remote/Central dashboard reports (on page 589).<br />

The name of the Remote Site is displayed in the upper-left side of the report. The Last<br />

snapshot is the time information gathered from the Remote Site was refreshed to display in<br />

this dashboard report.<br />

The dashboard report displays the following information about the Remote Site:<br />

Http address. The Http address specified for the site at Configure > Program<br />

Options > Central Site Configuration.<br />

Last connect time. The last time <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong> connected to the Remote Site.<br />

Last refresh time. The last time data gathered from the Remote Site was refreshed to<br />

display updated data.<br />

# of devices. The number of devices on the Remote Site.<br />

# of monitors. The number of monitors configured for the devices on the Remote<br />

Site.<br />

# of queries. The number of queries running on the Remote Site.<br />

Display name. The Remote Site device's display name.<br />

Device type. The Remote Site device's type.<br />

Host name. The Remote Site device's host name.<br />

Address. The Remote Site device's address.<br />

To configure this dashboard report in <strong>WhatsUp</strong> <strong>Gold</strong>:<br />

1 In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select Menu > Configure. The<br />

Configure Report dialog appears.<br />

2 Enter or select the appropriate information in the following fields.<br />

Report name. Enter a title for the dashboard report. This name appears in the title<br />

bar of the dashboard report's pane.<br />
