Thorell observes that Miturga must be referred to <strong>the</strong> Agelenides, though<br />

<strong>the</strong> form of <strong>the</strong> cephalothorax and tarsal claws br<strong>in</strong>g it nearer to <strong>the</strong> Lycosides.<br />

Hersiliada, g. n., E. Simon, I. c. p. ,=Hersilia, Savigny, ad part., and<br />

Hersiliola, Thorell; differs from it <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> undivided tarsi of <strong>the</strong> legs of <strong>the</strong><br />

fourth pair, <strong>the</strong> greater proportional length of <strong>the</strong> legs of <strong>the</strong> third pair,<br />

and <strong>the</strong> comparative shortness of <strong>the</strong> sp<strong>in</strong>ners. Type Hersiliada oraniensis<br />
