suddenly hooked than <strong>in</strong> Cyclopides; palpi shorter and less hairy ; discoidal<br />

nearly <strong>in</strong> a straight l<strong>in</strong>e with orig<strong>in</strong> of first median; branches of subcostal<br />

form and palpi as <strong>in</strong> Teleyonus, but. anal angle of h<strong>in</strong>d w<strong>in</strong>gs term<strong>in</strong>at<strong>in</strong>g<br />

<strong>in</strong> long hair-scales ; antennae as <strong>in</strong> Carystus, but shorter; males with a very<br />

prom<strong>in</strong>ent radiat<strong>in</strong>g brush of bristles from <strong>in</strong>ner marg<strong>in</strong> of h<strong>in</strong>d w<strong>in</strong>gs. Type<br />

T. zephus, sp. n., 1. c., Venezuela.<br />
