The first part was noticed last year (Zool. Rec. vi. p. 41) :<br />

21 species are <strong>in</strong>cluded from Kattenbella, and 18 from <strong>the</strong> Rio<br />

Dande, 4 be<strong>in</strong>g recorded from Angola for <strong>the</strong> first time. One,<br />

belong<strong>in</strong>g to Laniidce, is new.<br />

A list of 40 species collected <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> nor<strong>the</strong>rn part of <strong>the</strong> island<br />

Laniidce, are described; <strong>the</strong> first is made <strong>the</strong> type of a new genus;<br />

and a new genus of Sylviidce is also founded.<br />

<strong>the</strong> first time, and three new species are described (see Nectar<strong>in</strong>iidce,<br />

Muscicapidce, Fr<strong>in</strong>gillidce). In <strong>the</strong> second article 78 species<br />

not before <strong>in</strong>cluded are noticed, of which 6 (belong<strong>in</strong>g to Strigidee,<br />

Cypselidce, Timaliidee, Sylviidce (2), and Fr<strong>in</strong>gillidae) are<br />

new. A list of additions to and corrections of <strong>the</strong> former lists<br />

is also given.<br />
