SCHENCK (S. E. Z. xxxi. p. 104) records Phileremus rufiventris (Forst, = Pasites<br />

maculatus, Jur, teste Gerst.) with very short max. palpi, apparently nonarticulate.<br />

He states that his Pasites punctalus = Phil, nasutus, Gerst, and<br />

po<strong>in</strong>ts out its structural peculiarities. It frequents Betonica offic<strong>in</strong>aUs, <strong>in</strong><br />

company with Rhophites b-sp<strong>in</strong>osus.
