and general comparison of <strong>the</strong> Grecian with <strong>the</strong> allied faunas. The special<br />

part conta<strong>in</strong>s very full notices of 895 species out of <strong>the</strong> 899 known to Staud<strong>in</strong>ger<br />

to occur <strong>in</strong> Greece, several of which are described as new. Systematic<br />

and alphabetical <strong>in</strong>dexes conclude <strong>the</strong> paper.<br />
