ACÓRDÃOS<br />
Recurso. Decisão da Presidência que indeferiu pedi<strong>do</strong><br />
de pagamento de meia-diária a técnico judiciário<br />
em deslocamento sem pernoite.<br />
As diárias pagas pela Justiça <strong>Eleitoral</strong> possuem caráter<br />
indenizatório. Tal circunstância exige a efetiva realização<br />
de gastos por parte <strong>do</strong> servi<strong>do</strong>r e a sua respectiva<br />
comprovação. Inexistência de fundamento legal<br />
capaz de sustentar o requerimento.<br />
Provimento nega<strong>do</strong>.<br />
ACÓRDÃO<br />
ACORDAM os juízes <strong>do</strong> <strong>Tribunal</strong> <strong>Regional</strong> <strong>Eleitoral</strong>, por maioria, com voto<br />
de desempate <strong>do</strong> desembarga<strong>do</strong>r-presidente, negar provimento ao presente<br />
recurso administrativo, vencidas as eminentes Desembarga<strong>do</strong>ra Federal Silvia<br />
Maria Gonçalves Goraieb e Dras. Lúcia Liebling Kopittke e Vanderlei Teresinha<br />
Tremeia Kubiak.<br />
CUMPRA-SE.<br />
