WYNDHAM-QUIN Earl <strong>of</strong> Dunraven and Mount-Earl. Sir Windham Thomas Wyndham-Quin, 4 th Earl <strong>of</strong> Dunraven and Mount-<br />

Earl, KP, PC, CMG, OBE, (1841-1926), was <strong>of</strong> Kenry House, Putney Vale.<br />

<strong>Arms</strong>: Quarterly, 1 and 4, Quarterly, i and iv, Vert a pegasus passant Ermine a chief Or (Quin); ii and iii, Gules a hand couped<br />

below the wrist grasping a sword Proper on each side a serpent tails nowed the heads respecting each other Or in chief two crescents Argent<br />

(O'Quin <strong>of</strong> Munster); 2 and 3, Azure a chevron between three lions' heads erased on a canton Or a trefoil slipped Vert (Wyndham).<br />

Crests: 1, A wolf's bead couped at the neck (Quin); 2, On a fetterlock Or and within the chain there<strong>of</strong> Gold and Azure entwined a<br />

lion's head erased also Gold (Wyndham).<br />

Supporters: Two ravens Proper plain collared and lined Or.<br />

Crests: 1, A wolf's head erased Argent (Quin); 2, A lion's head erased within a fetterlock and chain Or (Wyndham).<br />

WYNELL-MAYOW The Rev. Mayow Wynell-Mayow <strong>of</strong> Bray, Cornwall, (1810-95), Rector <strong>of</strong> Southam, Warwickshire, 3 rd son <strong>of</strong><br />

Philip Wynell-Mayow <strong>of</strong> Bray, and <strong>of</strong> Hanworth Hall, Norfolk, (1771-1844), was also at one time <strong>of</strong> 8 Palace Road, Surbiton.<br />

<strong>Arms</strong>: Quarterly, 1 and 4, Gules a chevron Vair between three ducal coronets Or (Mayow); 2 and 3, Argent three mullets in fess<br />

between two bars Sable within a bordure engrailed <strong>of</strong> the last (Wynell).<br />

WYNNE Richard Warren Wynne <strong>of</strong> Flat 13, Queens Keep, Upper Park Road, Camberley, (b.1912), son <strong>of</strong> Lieutenant-Colonel Henry<br />

Ernest Singleton Wynne, CMG, DSO, RA, (1877-1962), and descended from Colonel Owen Wynne <strong>of</strong> Lurganboy, Co. Leitrim, (will proven<br />

1671), the first <strong>of</strong> the family to settle in Ireland, from whom descended also General Sir Arthur Singleton Wynne, GCB, DL, KOYLI, at one time<br />

<strong>of</strong> Brackenhurst, Camberley, later <strong>of</strong> Haybergill, Warcop, Westmorland, (1846-1936), Keeper <strong>of</strong> the Jewel House, Tower <strong>of</strong> London, 1911-17,<br />

3 rd son <strong>of</strong> Captain John Wynne, RA, <strong>of</strong> Wynnstay, Roebuck, Dublin, (1799-1884).<br />

<strong>Arms</strong>: Vert a chevron Ermine between three wolves' heads erased Argent.<br />

As borne (SV1623) by Marmaduke Wyvill <strong>of</strong> Croydon, a younger son <strong>of</strong> Marmaduke Wyvill <strong>of</strong> Constable Burton, Yorkshire, by Magdalen,<br />

daughter <strong>of</strong> Sir Christopher Danby <strong>of</strong> Thorpe.<br />
