was DL and JP <strong>of</strong> <strong>Surrey</strong>, and whose 3 rd son Charles Morris, <strong>of</strong> Portman Square, London, (1768-1844), was also <strong>of</strong> The Manor House,<br />
Wandsworth.<br />
<strong>Arms</strong>: Quarterly, 1 and 4, Gules a lion rampant reguardant Or (Elystan); 2 and 3, Argent three boars' heads couped Sable<br />
(Cadwgan).<br />

son, Charles Smith Mortimer <strong>of</strong> Wigmore, Holmwood, (1808-92), was succeeded by his elder son Charles Mortimer, JP, <strong>of</strong> Wigmore, (1837-<br />
1923), grandfather <strong>of</strong> Charles Knight Mortimer <strong>of</strong> Wigmore, later <strong>of</strong> Little Arcall, St. George's Hill, Weybridge, (b.1913). (BLG17)<br />
