starting point for subsequent processing simulations in order to model process run splits or examine process sensitivity.<br />

The other is the export file which stores the current structure information in a format that is designed to be read<br />

by either post-processors or device simulation programs such as SEDAN-II or PISCES-II.<br />

The information stored by the SAVEFILE statement, except for export files, can be read into the program<br />

either by the INITIALIZE statement at the start of a process, or at any time by a LOADFILE statement.
