44. Title Statement

The TITLE statement is used to input a character string to label the following input sequence.
TITLE [ ]
The character string associated with the TITLE statement is output to the standard output device. If the
previous statement was not either another TITLE statement nor a COMMENT statement, then a top-of-form is issued
before the character string is output.
