The PROFILE statement inputs an arbitrary impurity distribution of the specified dopant from a data file.<br />
The data files must be organized in columns, with one column containing the concentration data and another containing<br />
the distance from the origin at which the corresponding concentration applies. The data in the columns must<br />
be organized such that the locations are in increasing order. Comment lines may appear at any point as long as they<br />
are preceded the comment character in column one.
