According to the First Bard.
First let us worship the Guru ;
* cherisher of the world I
And then let us do the work of the world.
I will work and do all the work;
But first will I worship the Lord Gurii in my heart.
5 To-day I fall at thy feet, Guru Gorakh !
Make me to succeed in this my undertaking.f
