drew and kept sketches of his large-nosed feminine ideal. One
day, while on the bus, he spotted a young woman who had
large nostrils. Infatuated, he followed her home and proposed
marriage on the spot. She refused, and when he continued to
come to her home, she had him arrested. (Sexual Anomalies

People sometimes use nasolingus (licking or sucking nose)
as a substitute penis during intercourse, occasionally asking
the partner to blow his or her nose in simulation of an ejaculation.
Caution: This is an activity that exposes a partner to the bodily
secretions of another and is therefore not considered a safe
sex practice.

Oculolinctus
Oculolinctus (oculo: eye; linctus: lick) refers to the act of licking
a partner’s eyeball for sexual arousal. This seems to be
rare, but there are several cases, including one of a female
who in order to orgasm would have to lick the eyeball of her
obliging male lover.
Caution: Oral herpes (cold sores) can be transferred to the
eye.
Pie-throwing
Pie-throwing is one of the most amusing forms of defilement.
There are several scenarios found in pie-throwing. People at
parties have thrown pies at each other, couples engage in the
activity in pri vate, and there is even a gay pie-throwing club.
One individual nicknamed “Pieface Brown” asks attractive
women at social functions or theaters to pie him. Nine out
of ten agree to smear the pie over his face and body. He professes
to have been pied by over 200 women within a span
of three months. Pieface Brown began having pies rubbed in
his face at the age of eight, and suddenly at the age of eighteen,
it began to be sexually stimu lating. He often records the
event and, once alone, replays the giggling and comments
made by the women as he masturbates. Women sometimes
add to the sexual aspect of this practice by saying things such
as, “I would like to do this to your crotch.”
Elements of arousal associated with pie-throwing are anticipation,
fear of rejection, thrill of acceptance, humiliation,
desire that the partner will say or do something sexual and
unexpected, sharing intimacy with an attractive person who
might not otherwise notice them, and deceitfully engaging in
a sexual and socially unaccepted act in public.
Psychrocism
(Psychrotentiginosity.) Psychrocism (psychro: cold or freezing;
cism: act) refers to those who are aroused either by being
cold themselves or by watching someone else who is cold.
Hirschfeld relayed the personal confes sion of a male patient
who had a cold fetish:
The thought and sight of chilly dress or pictorial
representations of it, induce in me considerable
erotic pleasure. My wife naturally has
no idea of my abnormal sensations in
this respect, and when I make a drawing
of the type with which you are familiar,
say, a drawing representing a girl with
bare arms and shoulders, and dressed
only in the flimsiest of undies, on the ice in the
skating rink, she always regards it as a joke, for she
naturally does not take seriously the exaggerations
in which my imagination revels. Such fantasies,
accompanied by masturbation, have frequently
come to me at times when sexual intercourse with
my wife has been impossible for physiological
reasons. These fan tasies were confined to a single
subject—imma ture girls wearing the lightest
clothes in winter. (Sexual Anomalies and Perversions

Some people have masturbated by putting a towel in the
freezer, then laying it on their genitals; others have used icicles.
One California man has reported that on several occasions
after swimming in the ocean for 30 minutes during the
winter, he would obtain an erection that lasted two to three
hours. (Personal communication.)
Exposure to intense cold creates a sharp sensation that is
similar to other physical stimuli that produce tension. The
mind changes its focus from intellectual pursuits to physical
awareness. Many S/M players use cold contact to heighten
aware ness of skin sensations. They often alternate cold with
heat, such as ice cubes and candle wax.
Queening
The term queening refers to the European practice of a dominant
female using a man’s head as her throne. The woman
