It marked the systematization of therevisionism which the leadership of the CPSU had developedstep by step from the 20th Congress onward.The leadership of the CPSU unleashed a great public attackon the Albanian Party of Labour at the 22nd Congress. Inhis speech Khrushchov went so far as openly to call for theoverthrow of the Albanian leadership under Comrades EnverHoxha and Mehmet Shehu.
