Khrushchovopposes the national liberation movement and national liberationwars on the pretext that “any small ‘local war’ mightspark off the conflagration of a world war”. 110. The Tito clique has renounced the dictatorship of theproletariat. Under the slogan of “the state of the whole people”,Khrushchov also renounces the dictatorship of theproletariat.11. The Tito clique denies that the Communist Party shouldbe the vanguard of the working class. Likewise, Khrushchovsays that the CPSU “has become a party of the entire people”. 212. The Tito clique, flaunting the “non-bloc” label, is opposingthe socialist camp. Khrushchov also says that “expressionslike blocs etc., are temporary phenomena”. 3 They bothwant to liquidate the socialist camp.From these facts one must conclude that, both in domesticand foreign policy, Khrushchov really regards Tito as histeacher and is sliding down the path of revisionism hard onTito’s heels.Khrushchov has abandoned Marxism-Leninism, scrappedthe 1960 Statement and wallowed in the mire with the renegadeTito clique, in complete violation of the interests ofthe Soviet Union, the Soviet people and the people of thewhole world.
