He is continuously strengtheninghis dictatorial state apparatus and intensifying his repressionof the Soviet people. It is indeed a great mockery to talkabout communism in these circumstances.A comparison of all this with the principles of scientificcommunism readily reveals that in every respect the revisionistKhrushchov clique are leading the Soviet Union away fromthe path of socialism and onto the path of capitalism and, asa consequence, further and further away from, instead ofcloser to, the communist goal of “from each according to hisability, to each according to his needs”.Khrushchov has ulterior motives when he puts up the signboardof communism. He is using it to fool the Soviet peopleand cover up his effort to restore capitalism. He is using itto deceive the international proletariat and the revolutionarypeople the world over and betray proletarian internationalism.462
Under this signboard, the Khrushchov clique has itselfabandoned proletarian internationalism and is seeking apartnership with U.S. imperialism for the partition of theworld; moreover, it wants the fraternal socialist countries toserve its own private interests and not to oppose imperialismor to support the revolutions of the oppressed peoples andnations, and it wants them to accept its political, economic andmilitary control and be its virtual dependencies and colonies.Furthermore, the Khrushchov clique wants all the oppressedpeoples and nations to serve its private interests and abandontheir revolutionary struggles, so as not to disturb its sweetdream of partnership with imperialism for the division of theworld, and instead submit to enslavement and oppression byimperialism and its lackeys.In short, Khrushchov’s slogan of basically “building a communistsociety within twenty years” in the Soviet Union isnot only false but also reactionary.The revisionist Khrushchov clique say that the Chinese “goto the length of questioning the very right of our Party andpeople to build communism”. 1 This is a despicable attemptto fool the Soviet people and poison the friendship of the Chineseand Soviet people. We have never had any doubt thatthe great Soviet people will eventually enter into communistsociety. But right now the revisionist Khrushchov clique aredamaging the socialist fruits of the Soviet people and takingaway their right to go forward to communism. In the circumstances,the issue confronting the Soviet people is not howto build communism but rather how to resist and opposeKhrushchov’s effort to restore capitalism.The revisionist Khrushchov clique also say that “the CPCleaders hint that, since our Party has made its aim a better lifefor the people, Soviet society is being ‘bourgeoisified’, is1 M.
