The Communist Party is the highest form oforganization of the proletariat. The leading role of the proletariatis realized through the leadership of the CommunistParty. The system of Party committees exercising leadershipmust be put into effect in all departments. During the periodof the dictatorship of the proletariat, the proletarian partymust maintain and strengthen its close ties with the proletariatand the broad masses of the working people, maintain anddevelop its vigorous revolutionary style, uphold the principleof integrating the universal truth of Marxism-Leninism withthe concrete practice of its own country, and persist in thestruggle against revisionism, dogmatism and opportunism ofevery kind.In the light of the historical lessons of the dictatorship ofthe proletariat Comrade Mao Tse-tung has stated:Class struggle, the struggle for production and scientificexperiment are the three great revolutionary movementsfor building a mighty socialist country. are a sure guarantee that Communists will be free frombureaucracy and immune against revisionism and dogmatism,and will forever remain invincible.
