There is the powerful socialist camp. Thenational liberation movement in Asia, Africa and LatinAmerica is surging forward. The political consciousness ofthe people of the world has been very much raised. Thestrength of the revolutionary peoples has been very muchenhanced. The people of the Soviet Union, of the socialistcountries and of the whole world will never allow their owndestiny to be manipulated by the imperialist forces for warand their trumpeters.The aggression and war activities of the imperialists andreactionaries are teaching the people of the world graduallyto raise their political consciousness. Social practice is thesole criterion of truth. We are confident that as a result ofsuch teaching by the imperialists and reactionaries, manypeople now holding wrong views on the question of war andpeace will change their minds.
