Lenin’s policy of peaceful coexistence constitutes one aspectof the international policy of the proletariat in power, whereasKhrushchev stretches peaceful coexistence into the generalline of foreign policy for the socialist countries and even furtherinto the general line for all Communist Parties.Lenin’s policy of peaceful coexistence was directed againstthe imperialist policies of aggression and war, whereas Khrushchov’speaceful coexistence caters to imperialism and abetsthe imperialist policies of aggression and war.Lenin’s policy of peaceful coexistence is based on the standpointof international class struggle, whereas Khrushchov’speaceful coexistence strives to replace international classstruggle with international class collaboration.Lenin’s policy of peaceful coexistence proceeds from thehistorical mission of the international proletariat and thereforerequires the socialist countries to give firm support tothe revolutionary struggles of all the oppressed peoples andnations while pursuing this policy, whereas Khrushchov’speaceful coexistence seeks to replace the proletarian worldrevolution with pacifism and thus renounces proletarian internationalism.Khrushchov has changed the policy of peaceful coexistenceinto one of class capitulation.
